Before Time

“Coming to Him as to a living stone,
 rejected by men, but chosen by God
 and precious, you also, as living stones,
 are being built up a spiritual house, a

To Father;
 There was once a time, before I can
     remember, when You called me and 
     told me who I am and all of what
     my time in the world would be.
 Even though it was before I can
     remember, I know it was so, as
     You come to reveal it to me as
     time goes by.
 As You lead me now, there are
     times you bring me up above all
     that is in this world; and above
     and beyond time into the Spirit.
 It is a life-journey from before time,
     to now, and 
         beyond into eternity,
     always at Your side, living in and
     through You, the One and Only.
 I need no mask with You, for You
     created and formed me; and You
     know all of who I am and who
     I will be.
 Blessed am I in Your Light, and the
     knowing that only You can give.
 Blessed I am.
