Grounded

You need to be grounded in Me!
The more grounded you are, the more
    smooth is your response to all that
    is happening to you and around you.
To many people become frantic and
    down-right depressed.
In and through Me, you will have a
    peace not available in the world or
    anywhere else.
So come and practice being grounded
    in Me and receive peace and an
    outlook that is secure in Me.
