History of Receiving the Armour of Light Prayer
Receiving of the Armour of Light is the result of a dream Larry Patrick received with
revelation about the old covenant way to put on the armour and the New Covenant
way. In the old covenant we put on the armour, but in the New Covenant Father
clothes us with His Armour of Light. From the dream and the revelation, Father
gave Kathy and I the following Armour of Light prayer.
In Larry’s dream, he came into a house and had a plain pair of shoes under his arm.
He then went to the person in the house, and put the shoes on him. When Larry did
this, the shoes turned into shiny, brilliant, beautiful boots and the light continued up
until the Armour of Light enveloped him. Then all aspects of the armour were a part
of the Armour of Light in a new way.
Armour of Light

Stand up!
Father I stand before You under the blood of Jesus Christ. I am requesting that
You clothe me with Your Armour of Light. Your Armour of Light that has:
– Divine footwear for the preparation and presentation of the Gospel of peace.
– Truth encircling our center from which all understanding and work is based.
– The righteousness of Jesus Christ as my breastplate with the Urim and
Thummim.
– The Armour of Light, which itself is my shield of faith against all forms of evil
that may come against me.
– The mind of Christ transforming our thinking which is our helmet of Salvation.
– The Sword of the Spirit – By Your Word Father, Your authority within me,
through the Holy Spirit and Christ Jesus, I am, and become, the Sword of
the Spirit.
Nothing can penetrate or stand against This Armour of Light. I stand before you
by your grace and mercy and receive Your Armour of Light with thanksgiving and
praise! May it rise up from within me to bring healing and Glory to You Father!
All aspects of the New Covenant Armour are now fulfilled in the Armour of Light,
in which You Father have clothed me. Since I am clothed in this Armour, I watch
intently, praying always with all perseverance and supplication, for all the Saints,
through Your authority, Amen.

of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
Phil 2:15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke,
in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
Zech 3:3-5 3) Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.

Level out the highs and the lows by
keeping the flow, from Me to you
and on to the world, open.
Remember, if the flow is disturbed
or blocked, it is you that is the
problem.
Come back into my graces and find
rest, and then abide so the flow
is restored.
Remember, thinking everything is
about you is a trap that ends in
frustration and nothing good.
Start to look to Me and seek My
plan, then you will start to see
things with a more complete view.
Remember, I am about bringing My
Kingdom from heaven to earth;
and everything is about that
process.
So look to know how you can come
into agreement with Me and the
plan; and to what I am calling
you to do to help fulfill the
manifestation!

It involves you taking a Kingdom view
of life, which means you come to look
at life from My perspective and My
Kingdom; rather than from your
perspective of how everything
affects you.
I AM looking for a people — an Amen
People — who have come to know Me,
have opened up to Me,
have come to agree with Me and
My plan, and
who are willing to take part
no matter the cost.
So are you willing to give up all and
be a part of the process that will
bring the Kingdom in and see the end,
where there will be no more curse?
