Quiet your soul, so your spirit can
    come to the surface.
It is not that I cannot speak to
    your spirit at other times, but
    this is a time of resting in Me
    and listening.
It allows the Spirit to spirit 
    communication between us.
When this happens, it is important,
    when this is done, to filter it
    back through the soul so you 
    can remember it and that it
    become a part of you.
